Our Story

A Table Kept Warm Since 1978

Three generations of the Moretti family have welcomed guests to this room with the same recipes, the same warmth, and the same devotion to the table.

A Recipe That Never Changed

Il Palazzo began in the small kitchen of Nonna Adelina Moretti, who believed that a proper meal could soften even the hardest day. In 1978, her son Roberto brought her recipes across the ocean and opened a single dining room with eight tables.

Today, that same dining room has grown — but the sauce still simmers for six hours, the pasta is still rolled by hand, and every plate that leaves the kitchen still meets Adelina's original standard: would it make her proud?

Chef Giulia Moretti

Granddaughter of Adelina, Giulia took over the kitchen in 2011. She trained in Bologna and Modena before coming home — and still starts every service the same way: tasting the sauce her grandmother taught her to make.

“Cucina fatta con amore. It is the only recipe that has never changed.”
